An individual who purchases an e-tron® may be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $7,500. Additional state incentives may also be available. Federal and state incentives are subject to change; please reference your state’s specific legislation regarding incentive eligibility as not all incentives may be applicable to every customer.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation any time, online or by contacting the Audi Customer Experience Center at 844.573.8766, until your the vehicle is picked up at the designated dealer. Upon cancelling, allow ten business days for the $1,000 reservation fee to be credited back to the credit card on file. You may be contacted by Audi if your refund details need to be confirmed.
Where will e-tron® be manufactured?

The e-tron® will be manufactured in the significantly updated Audi Brussels facility. The facility has been designed to use renewable energy and bio gas to offset natural gas and fuel used during heating and production. The goal is not only to manufacture a vehicle with no tailpipe emissions, but also manufacture it in facility that is designed to be more sustainable.
How far can I go on one charge?

The e-tron® is being designed to offer long-range capability, making long distance trips possible on a single charge. The official range of the vehicle will be determined by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and will be released at a later date closer to market availability. Actual mileage and range will vary and depend on several factors including driving and charging habits, weather and temperature, battery age and vehicle condition.
Will the e-tron® come with a charger?

Yes, The e-tron® will come standard with a dual-voltage home charger. This charger will include plugs that can utilize both a standard Level 1 120V household outlet (1.2 kW) as well as a 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet (9.6 kW). Additional charging plug types will be available through Audi Aftersales.
What is the anticipated charging time for the e-tron®?

The e-tron® can be fully recharged at home under 10 hours with a Level 2 charger depending on the existing charge level of the vehicle. Furthermore, the e-tron® is designed to support 150 kW high-speed commercial chargers that can offer up to an 80% recharge in about 30 minutes.
What can I do to help prepare my home for electric vehicle charging?

Each Audi e-tron® will come standard with a charging capsule capable of up-to 9.6 kW charging. You can power the charging capsule by plugging into a standard 120 volt household outlet or, if home wiring permits, a 240 volt outlet that allows for Level 2 charging.
